Terms of Service

General Terms

- Commissions are first come first serve; submitting a request does not guarantee a spot.-Please provide any references you may have for poses, composition, etc. If you can, provide a thumbnail sketch of what you envision.-Please respect the artist!

Copyright

-I, as the original artist of this piece, am allowed to post any commissioned artwork on any of my social medias as demos or examples of finished commission work!-What you are not allowed to do with artwork made by me for PERSONAL USE ONLY.-You cannot resell this artwork, this artwork is for personal use ONLY-You will NOT remove any of my watermarks and take credit for my artwork!-You may NOT alter the artwork without my consent!-You will NOT commercialize any of my artworks, this mean selling prints, cups, shirts, or any object that uses my artwork for commercial purposes!-If you are going to post my artwork on any social media, please make sure to credit me!

Rules

- Will not do furries or nsfw (may open in the future tho)- No mecha- No gore- I am not proship so don't even ask

Timeline and Revisions

-Commissions may vary in completion time depending on my workload, classes, or the piece's complexity and will be discussed with each client individually.-You will receive an initial sketch and progress wips as I complete the commission so that any changes can be done before I am finished.-Upon completion, you are allowed 1 revision within the first 48 hours of it being sent. Afterward, each revision is $10 extra.

Payment

- Initial invoice of 50% of the total is made upfront once the initial sketch is delivered.-You may pay in any currency as long as it equals to the full USD price.- I take Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp.

Cancellations and Refunds

-I, as the artist, am allowed to deny or cancel the commission at any time. If I choose to cancel I will FULLY reimburse the client.-If you, the client, decide to cancel after the sketching and coloring phase- you will only be entitled to 50% of the final price.-If you, the client, attempt or claim a chargeback after receiving the finished artwork- you will be blacklisted and your name shared amongst other artists for safety. You will loose the full right to that artwork, this means I am allowed to resell or use for my personal uses.-I have the full right to file a complaint against you, and receive the FULL payment back.
